Items using existing designs will ship within 3-5 business days of order being placed. Items using custom designs/graphics will typically ship within 5-7 business days, but please ask about turnaround time for any complex custom design requests.

Absolutely! Just email us the details on which item(s), colors, sizes (if necessary) and a high-quality image file (preferably PNG format, but JPEG can work) of your design to jusaskjan@gmail.com.

Please ensure proper fit by looking at the measurements sheet prior to ordering to make sure you order the correct size. Shirts cannot be returned.

Yes! Proofs will be emailed for your approval before any work is completed.

A copy of your tax exempt form will need to be submitted with your order.

We take extra care to ensure that all of our products are delivered in perfect condition. However, if your item arrives broken or damaged, please contact us immediately at JusAskJan@gmail.com with a photo of the damage and we will work with you to ensure that your item is replaced or repaired as quickly as possible.
